(Btw: "teutsch", "deutsch", "theodisce" and everything related means "The folk" or "to belong to the folk" or "the language of the folk" and similar. Depending on the context^^)

@maatmb the "Teutons" were a germanic Tribe from northwestern Jutland (modern-day Denmark), which invaded Gaul arround 100 BC. The term was reused in the middle ages for the german-speaking parts of the HRE, but that is purely due to phonetic similarity between it and the middle german "teutsch", meaning german. That is also where the name of the Teutonic Order came from.

yes, i can attest to the fact people generally assume the teutons to cover the entirity of germany, even though this is completely untrue. i won't stop you from trying to role-pay as something however, and i think the wonder looks really good.

@maatmb: If you see the Teutons as covering every German faction in the medieval world, this wonder fits, though tbh I would prefer if the Swiss would be a proper faction in the game. Swiss aren't really Italians, Franks or Teutons.

It helps with role-playing as Switzerland.

l'architecture ne correspond pas historiquement parlant.

I'm sorry.. but the teutons are from east-prussia.
This wonder has absolutely nothing to do with the teutons, it'd fit better with the italians.
