is this mod getting updated to the new system? it won't work until it is

@Valentina...you have to modify every(or how many you want) resource by upgrading(to dead units) them to the new ones you will create after they die(finish in-game)...for instance..."Deer" the dead unit is DEERX_D...you can copy this one and just play with icons, standing graphics(for how it will look in game) and Resource Storage type 12(for how many minutes you want to reapear)...the thin is that the "Deer" has that dead unit but in that dead unit you'll have to set the dead unit as Deer...so the Deer dies into DEERX_D and the DEERX_D dies into Deer...that's just an example because the dear has already this dying unit...just modify DEERX_D's dead unit to 65 or 333...i hope it helps a bit

Anything in particular you want to know?
You can rip the dataset folders by going to main menu > workshop > click mod > open in directory
Then go to /aoe2hd/mods (create this folder if this is your first time making a mod)
then copy-paste the folders leading up to the mod in this "mods" folder
you can then start games with this mod

Villagers will not harvest automatically from regrown berry bushes. When they finish one they will just go idle.

Make sure you're playing a DLC campaign (Forgotten, African, Rajas) and not vanilla (Kings, Conquerors)

I tried the mod and it's so freaking good, the only thing is the Villagers don't recognize them and walk through them as if they don exsist. :/ I know the author is probally hard at work on it. People don't give up but it does have that one annoying issue.

Try loading the mod before starting the save game. To load the mod, start a singleplayer game with the mod, then exit. Now start the saved game.

Has anyone else had the problem where any saved game used with this mod will crash when you load that save game later?

When hosting a game, select what dataset you play with before the lobby opens. You need all DLC to host. You need no DLC to join.

I do really enjoy this mod, but as with the others its very difficult to make mass economy advantages with this when the villagers do not automatically target the renewed resources. They will target deer, sheep, and it seems boar. They do not target fish, or any other respawned resource, without manual direction.

Yeah, if you have the DLC you can host it. If you do not have the DLC, you may only join.
