I like that it does have paintibility, but I think it would be better if it slightly painted the liquid the heart it surrounded by.

Valve I think this would be a great thing for you to add the texture the originality.

Make the thing in there look like a cartoony heart for the "meet the medic" I think they'll add it :D

Maybe you could change it so the paint changes the color of the liquid. That would make more sense.

I am new here so this might sound stupid but how do you acquire that item since it is made by the community. Does it count towards the random item you get when you die??

Looks great, but the paint should effect maybe a wider part of the misc. Having just those inner lines change seems like a waste of some good paint for something people won't be able to see very well. Perhaps the liquid could get a small tint? Or maybe the organ inside?

Either way, the overall item is pretty sweet.

You theoretically could, like with the emerald jarate, it would just float. Like the emerald jarate does. I'd envisioned this originally as a backpack replacement, but you can't make items for the backpack body group with the current importer :(
