+dropped dount can heal 50% health
-40% healing power (on eat)
+175% recharge time when dropped

(i know its very op when heavy heals himself by dropped sandvich but it needs balance only ^^)

Well, it is sugar. Maybe it should increaase speed? It would be cool if it gave attack speed bonus, but it would have to be pretty small. Just a thought.

In comparison, the donut could heal 50 hp, or toss a 50 hp donut (flat hp not percentage), and only have a 10 second cooldown. Eating time would stay same, but throw distance coluld either stay same or could travel a longer distance.

Or, health could regenerate: perhaps 10 hp per 0.5 seconds, beginning .5 seconds into eating animation and lasting 10 seconds after animation stops. 120 hp filled during animation, and up to 200 hp more after 10 seconds = 320 hp total, but the donut's regeneration could apply after the eating Heavy takes damage during/after eating animation.

Finally, it sure would be nice for a donut to PUT OUT AFTERBURN!

A standard sandvich heals 300 hp, or tosses a 50% health pack, then has a 20 sec cooldown. Dalakos bar heals 50 but increases max health by 50, or tosses a 50% health pack, and also has a 20 sec cooldown. Finally, Buffalo Steak Sandvich gives melee crit boost, or tosses a 50% health pack, for same 20 sec cooldown.
