Am I missing something? Can they not attack with the Ripjack straight after classup? At least for me they can't. I tried the Switchjack some mod added too, same result, no melee attack. Or is that intended for abilities? (My Nightblade's still a Squaddie.)

The mod creator intended for the class to use reaper armor. It is also not my preference, but easily changed.

I think I speak for a lot of people here where I would use this, if it weren't for the fact that its incompatible with Chimera Pack.

for some reason when my characters get upgraded to Nightblade they get put in reaper gear that clips through the legs. Any work around for this?

the specops knife isn't a combat knife? :o
shadow thorn and shade scratch(on kill) are the attacks that let them continue being concealed.
slash is there more for non-stealthy melee builds, when they don't need the extra oomph.

We have a problem with melee attacks of this class, they break conceal ... I believe that if this class can equip (by default) the SPECIAL OPS KNIFE would solve 100% of the problem.

Blood curse uses a recoloured copy of acid burning. Curse cloud from Ahriman's Demense is a recoloured smoke grenade cloud.

The intent is more assassin than scout. They're much more lethal and can reenter concealment pretty much on demand.
Phantom's already a powerful ability, so strapping detection reduction to it has to come with some sort of meaningful downside

I really want to like this class, it has really neat abilities and I like the flavor, but the sight reduction is a huge downside to a class that already has to injure itself to work. I'm curious why you didn't just give them Phantom? For a scout to have reduced vision makes them almost unplayable.

The classmod isn't needed if you are using the rpgo specs.

I am using the rpgo specializations and when I train up a rookie I have the choice of Nightblade or Soldier. However, when I level up the soldier i am getting a Nightblade about 50% of the time. Is there a way of removing the Nightblade option from levelling up a soldier?

Thank you for your response. I would say do the explanation for the configurable abilities like "Default Hp cost (blank) & default cooldown (blank). So people would know what's what and not need to come back to the mod page. Its up to you. Great mod!!! Maybe create a sword that heals based on damage dealt or deals more damage the closer you are to 1 health just suggestions. Keep up the good work.

I don't have any text set up for the popup things. Have been hesitant to put default values in the localization because they are configurable in the perk pack.

Don't know if this is a bug or not but. in the skill selection screen when i click on the question mark under an ability for this class its blank. So i don't know how much HP an ability will cost. For "Drop By Drop" i don't know how much the HP cost is getting reduced by.

Use the rpgo specializations instead of the class mod? None of my rpgo plugins need the class mods due to how I have them set up.

I am fairly new to mods. I just started xcom 2 WOTC RPG Overhaul with this mod. I love the class but 50% of my first rank ups goes directly to this class. Is there a option or way to turn that down some so I can get other classes more often?

dual wielding will likely cause the stealth abilities to break concealment. A blood sword focused build would prolly work fine.

Ok. makes sense. Well kinda sad but still gonna use it. Seems cool!
(mainly just sad because i like using loot i aquire from bosses even when i'm better without using it)

Afraid not. Main thing trying to block with that is bringing both stasis vest and medkit, which would let a stealth build do a kind of obnoxious amount of stuff with minimal wounds.

Can this class use Alien Ruler Armours or special armours like the war suit? You know since it uses Reaper armour.
