The mod is an addition to vanilla. The mod splits Berlin into 2 states. The event fires when Germany is at war with it's historical enemies of WW2. When they lose control of Berlin, the event fires, making the peace conference that you see in the thumbnail. The start of the game is not changed.

In the Vanilla game, German Fascist focus tree gets replaced by a generic one after surrender. This allows the new nation to chose a new ideology (west germany democratic, DDR communist).
Could you please let all new nations (conquered and liberated) that form Nato and Warsaw pact get generic focus trees as well

The Yalta Conference in base game is very specific in it’s triggers and you can only get it if you’re a democratic nation. In the base game, the only things that happen are a few states transferred to Poland and East and West German Puppets. This mod adds East and West Berlin for the realism, and the Soviet Union puppets historical countries in the Warsaw Pact. It flips Italy’s ideology to democratic, and eventually, I’ll make a more realistic formation on NATO in 1949 as well as Japanese surrender events and decolonization events.

Nice idea, but how does it differ from the Yalta Conference event that is in the game already? If I'm not misstaken if you agree to the Yalta Conference the outcome after the war is over, is the same as this mod.
Or am I misstaken?

The only change is when Germany is at war with all of the historical major powers and they lose control of berlin. This leads them to capitulate with an event to bring about the treaty of Paris 1945. In the future I'll be adding things like Africa and Asia because as it stands now, only Europe is effected by the peace conference.

I don´t think that Yugoslavia was a Soviet puppet since they mostly liberated themselves via Partisans, and they later left the Warsaw Pact to help form the non-aligned movement. Mod ist still a nice addition to the Workshop.
