This should be a default thing with all track layers. Buy the base front unit, then add more speciality wagons as you want.

Yes I hope so. It's also a problem that we cannot choose which train goes to which construction, unless we use multiple construction yards.

But MUV has lees capacity for resources, right? So it's a bit of a pickle rihgt now. I hope the devs improve this.

Unfortunately there is no specific skill for building tunnels and bridges. The only thing that helps is more workers. I did make another one based on the MUV which could hold more workers.

Yes there is. It's the same as the default Kzh. 1968 if I remember correctly.

I can't find this vehicle in rail construction office (other workshop vehicles/building works fine). There is a restriction on the year of issue? I'm in july 1966.

I don't think limitations of the rail construction office are an issue for this train. Bigger rail construciton office is just a matter of time.
