Lightning needs a holster for the magnum handgun. It looks like the magnum is embedded in her leg. I wasn't sure why Chloe Price was more popular than Lightning. Chloe Price does have a holster for the magnum. Lightning has a red cape that constantly moves with the wind. There are more graphics details in this Lightning mod. It could still look better though.

if I could id do a complete re-rig and recompile to use the correct animation sequences without the game getting confliction issues and weirdness.

yeah, I only got this working by tweaking the compile of someone elses mod to fix a few issues and even then both the server and the client have to have the mod to make it work so its... uuuugh

After some testing, it appears to be a problem with the L4D1 animation mods.

That isnt it, the arms work fine for me and I have done 0 modification to them from the original L4D1 mod (and no the porting from 1 to 2 would have no effect on that, all the formats are identical right down to the small things) As I said, check how it performs with any mods you have installed, then try it completely on its own, if it persists then I will go look into it further, the problem is the engine for this game is quite tempermental, so it could just be the engine having a bit of a moment.

It only happens with this model, maybe the FPS arms are extended way out, and it causes an issue?

well thats deffinatly a new one, not too sure whats going on there, maybe a custom weapon you have installed is causing some kind of problem? I don't honestly know.

Theres some messed up rigging or something with the FPS arms, basically sometimes the FPS arms cover up the whole screen

make sure that you are playing on a local hosted server if playing with friends, if in singleplayer, check there isnt another mod conflicting...

The reason It currently conflicts with sound mods is because I had to put pretty much the entire SFX directory into the mod for replacement purposes, when I figure out how to get the sounds I want replaced within the mod, I will remove the files that are not needed.

Yeah I had a feeling the physics of the cape had something to do with the way the game is built and not the mod, but I figured I'd mention it just in case anyways. Love the work you've done, looking forward to seeing more additions to it.

Why does this mod conflict with Old Spice charger sounds? O.o

Glad to hear you like it. Yeah the cape can be a bit crazy, but thats because they are set as whats called a Jigglebone, which is what things like capes and hair are set to so they have somewhat realistic movement.

Absolutely love this mod, favorite mod for sure. Only issues I've seen is when I'm playing in thirdpersononshoulder mode is that the cape physics are very silly, but that's really all I've had issues with. I really hope you get around to replacing all the voice clips with Lightning's. Overall this is a wonderful mod that will always be used while playing.
