Why would there be a DMCA notice on this? I see it too, but it doesn't make sense at all.

This set is completely original, so it should be added, most definitely. It's too awesome not to add.

could be...but except the central blu gem, i don't see many similarities....and the fact that me and that guy both decided to make a set based on gems should NOT be intended as copying in my opinion.
