In general, this was a really fun Touhou mod to play around with, notably with chucking a bunch of knives at the opponent (that was my favorite part lol). Her moves come out quite quick, which makes combo-ing and juggling the opponent quite fun (especially when finishing off with her downwards spike).
Plus, the sheer variety of knives in her moveset is really nice. There's normal blue knives (special), slower-but-stronger green knives (down special), a group of 3 red knives (side special).
Overall, it's always nice to see a Touhou character get representation in Rivals of Aether. And your character really stands out in a way that I feel like a lot of people can get a good introduction into the series by how fun she is to play as.
So here is something I'd like to see:
1) Her Up B is too fast and the fact that you can cancel it with any special makes it too powerful. I like the spiking on it, but I feel like it's way too unfair.
2) Her aerials are way too fast. If they can have more end lag, that's make her a more fair character.
3) I do enjoy BAir being a move that pulls them, but maybe lower the knockback on it? It seems really unfair.
4) Her sprite is so big...
5) Her speed is way too fast, maybe have her a bit slower?
6) While she might not do too much damage if you don't spam aerials, she still hhas too much kill power, especially down smash spiking and killing at 20, maybe even 10.
Glad you nerfed the downb rate because before it was like impossible to get through the wall of knives and luna dials if you edgeguarded with it.
Back air pulling in is a really sick concept and some spicy stuff can be pulled off if you can use it properly (I can't)
I'd really consider taking a look at the up b and remove the infinite if you mash it, maybe make it slower too?
Also down air seems like it lasts too long, the hitbox shouldn't stay out as long imo for something that can spike kill below 30% if you hit it offstage, maybe that's just me though. Overall sick character though, really feels like how Sakuya would actually play in a platform fighter for the most part.

Amazing mod. But her up special send her up super high and her side special sides her pretty far whichever direction she faces. Other than that, really great!
great charachter though neutral B can be an infinite spam
They're definitely completely and utterly busted though
Side-B is really risky and can easily kill you from the side if you're not careful
Not sure if it's just me, but Up-B is spammable while the initial animation plays, so it allows it to gain height indefinitely
I may be not looking into it enough, but that's all I could find
This is probably my favorite workshop character that's up currently in terms of gameplay; great job!

- Side special's animation comes after Sakuya's gone past and the opponent's been launched. Maybe have Sakuya hit the opponent, do the animation, THEN go past the opponent and launch them
- Down special is op as hell LOL, could be toned down (incredibly fast + insane kill power in air, comes out very early)
- Up special just feels weird, maybe try something without using Sandbert's special? E.g. Knife Jump (from Touhou Luna Lights, not sure about what she has in the mainline Touhou games)
- Up air and back air feel way too much like Sandbert's (but then again, considering Sakuya's a more combo based character you could consider this fitting)
That aside, very fun character! Can't wait to see Reimu too!
