how do I change the layout without skse? I can't get into the mcm menu because I don't have one

1 Thumb down. I got this mod because I got the scoped bow mod and the description says you can turn off the HUD for aiming and stuff. 2 major problems after 6 minutes of use:

1) Everytime you open up the menu to configure your settings, everything resets.
2) The option to "Turn off sneaking HUD" doesn't work.
