It can be found under 'Parks & Plazas' > 'Parks'
They look fantastic.
I know the pics I showed could be easily remedied by just using the 1x1 lot. But consider this scenario, I could provide pictures and I should have earlier, you need a 1x2 or 1x3 to go in the side of a building that isn't in a corner of two roads, or simply put is oriented in the middle of a road, how could you then use the 1x1 as parking spaces for the building if the 1x1 needs to face the road. In such a case, a 1x2, a 1x3 or a 1x4 are your only options aren't they?
e.g. by rotating the 1x3 this parking lot don't fit to the 3x3 anymore
Solution:
I have to make more parking lots with different orientations like right and left.
No problem, but this will take some time.

Also how about left and right versions of your 1 by x parking lots too? So we can use them on opposite sides of a building? :)
It's really good to have a set of items from a single author than to have individual items from multiple authors just to have a complete set.
1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 2x3, 3x2 and 3x3
You can make some size options, e.g. 2x1, by putting together several smaller parking lots.
1x2, 1x4 and 2x3?
I like to use parking lots as fillers in odd places :)
