ok now if your lvl tech is better than lvl 5 and if you cross "holy nation" they attack you

Thanks. Also, you should make a mod where this happens but only for holy nation. Since Holy Nation are technophobes so I'd assume they'd try to purge any faction with advanced tech. Maybe at tech level 6 holy nation become more aggressive doing "tech raids" on you're bases.
