@nicovallejos: Should be fixed now. Enjoy!

@nicovallejos: Sorry for the late answer . I'll have a look at it probably this week-end .

@Szaladon

I have to add another known issue: There has been a problem in the animation surrounding the Mongol Mill...
Whakahoatanga  [author] 15 Apr, 2021 @ 12:34pm

@dmsekenei86: Agree.
dmsekenei86 24 Nov, 2020 @ 3:11am
This mod (along with the unit mod) makes this Age better than the DE (at least until there is something similar for that as well)
Whakahoatanga  [author] 21 Sep, 2020 @ 9:11am
If anybody wants the old Portuguese architecture back, just mention it.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 6 Sep, 2020 @ 2:14am
Yeah, but you have to start a standard game with this data mod enabled and leave it instantly first. Preferably singleplayer.

I made all screenshots in the scenario editor.
SaruFer Imperial 6 Sep, 2020 @ 1:18am
This mod works in scenario editor?
Whakahoatanga  [author] 8 Aug, 2020 @ 1:42pm
If somebody would like to get the old Spanish architecture set back, I'll make a mod for it. Just comment here.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 30 Jun, 2020 @ 4:47am
There's yet another update by Omarr_gg which affects Chinese, Celts and Mongols. A new Feudal Age Celt architecture set has been included, the Chinese architecture set has been visually improved and the Mongols have a new Trade Workshop.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 26 Jun, 2020 @ 12:36pm
I've changed the Saracen architecture. If somebody wants the old one back, just tell me in the comments. I'll be creating a mod for it.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 30 Dec, 2019 @ 4:40am
@dmsekenei86: Problem is that the files aren't compatible with DE. I don't know if it's even possible to convert them for DE. It depends on the graphic creator community to do those mods. Consider though that it takes way more time to create graphics for DE considering that the graphic quality is better and there are way more unit sprites to create for each unit (they're facing in more different directions).

One can hope that there will be some official architecture and unit DLCs.
dmsekenei86 30 Dec, 2019 @ 4:04am
@Szaladon I just took AoE II DE however after trying the mods of independent architectures and units and difficult to go back to playing with the same architectures and units ... do you think we could have a mod like this for AoE II DE one day? (there is it's already a mod for architectures and units, but it's not as good as this)
Space Pirate 8 Dec, 2019 @ 4:29am
Great Job !! Well done ...
Mako Memelord 5 Dec, 2019 @ 5:28pm
This mod is fantastic!! I really feel like it breathes color and life into the old AoE designs. Nice work!!!!

hello
Whakahoatanga  [author] 30 Nov, 2019 @ 1:57am
@化け猫海賊: You still need a data set though which separates architecture sets. If your data mod does that then it's good.
KITTY OPHANIM 30 Nov, 2019 @ 1:49am
thanks, now i can use this and other datamod on top
Whakahoatanga  [author] 30 Nov, 2019 @ 1:43am
化け猫海賊 : Just the graphics.
KITTY OPHANIM 30 Nov, 2019 @ 12:36am
is this a data set or just the graphics?
Whakahoatanga  [author] 27 Nov, 2019 @ 10:25pm
@genex3010: Thanks :)
YOURLOCALHOOVY 26 Nov, 2019 @ 4:39pm

Merci beaucoup :)
chevalier noir 18 Nov, 2019 @ 4:21am
nice graphics thx ;)
Whakahoatanga  [author] 11 Nov, 2019 @ 8:19am
I didn't create the graphics but thanks anyway :D
phigamers 11 Nov, 2019 @ 5:35am
Thank you very much for this mod, you did a great job, you have a lot of knowledge in history to design the architecture of these civilizations.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 9 Nov, 2019 @ 10:19am
@Leon Volcove: You need to use the IA data set which you can find in the link on top of this discussion. Instead of choosing the expansion data set you choose the IA data set then. This little visual guide will help you:

Leon Volcove 9 Nov, 2019 @ 6:25am
so if i want to use this mod, i should just subscribe and the the building architecture will be different?
Whakahoatanga  [author] 11 Oct, 2019 @ 7:59am
I'll install the game again and check the files. If there's any issue within my mods I'll fix it until tomorrow evening.
Lilim 10 Oct, 2019 @ 2:48am
I've only subscribed to the following mods that refers either to the Portuguese or to Sails:

[IA] WIP - Portuguese Architecture for Independent Mod
[IA] Indians with South East Asian Sails
[IA] Byzantines with Mediterranean Sails
[IA] Vietnamese with East Asian Sails
[IA] Spanish with Mediterranean Sails
[IA] Independent Architecture Collection

I subscribed to the Portuguese Architecture separately, because it also uses the castle age graphics for the imperial age instead of the buildings from another mod (which aren't very fitting, in my opinion).

Does "[IA] WIP - Portuguese Architecture for Independent Mod" change the sails?
Whakahoatanga  [author] 9 Oct, 2019 @ 2:14pm
@Heinrich I.: It shouldn't. Did you not accidentally subscribe to my Portuguese with African sails mod?
Lilim 9 Oct, 2019 @ 12:41pm
Does this mod also changes the appearance of the portuguese sails? My portuguese ships all have african sails now :sakurabeachmomokolaugh:.
Whakahoatanga  [author] 9 Oct, 2019 @ 9:36am
@meboosta: Redkirby does them. I'm not using LordGood's castle because it's way too big compared to the other ones.
meboosta 7 Oct, 2019 @ 2:43pm
@Szaladon ah I was wondering who did the orange-roofed Portuguese buildings. Just wondering, why don't you use LordGood's Slav Castle with his Slav buildings? haha
Whakahoatanga  [author] 2 Oct, 2019 @ 12:35am
@meboosta: Thanks :) I hope LordGood releases his other buildings soon. I would like to complete the Portuguese set soon. I'm not very happy with the Imp TC of the Portuguese. The shadow doesn't really fit.
@Oliversøn: Il faut patienter un certain moment. Le data set a besoin de pas mal de temps pour s'activer.
meboosta 1 Oct, 2019 @ 8:53pm
@Szaladon awesome stuff -- no wonder the style of the buildings matched with LordGood's Slav castle so well haha

Thanks for all your hard work!! :)
Agrahouss 1 Oct, 2019 @ 9:33am
c'est mon ordi qui plante quand je séléctione un data set
Whakahoatanga  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 2:06pm
@The One: You can find all of them in the workshop independently. If you just want a few other civs to keep the original art I can create a mod to give your selected civ original architecture (I've already done that for Japanese, Teutons and Britons, you can find them in my workshop). This way you could still use this mod and put those other mods on top of this one.
Temujin 26 Sep, 2019 @ 8:06am
Hey, I don't want to use all of the art in this mod, but I want to use the art of some of the civs independently (using the other extension mods) while keeping the original art of the other civs. Is there a possible way to do this?
Whakahoatanga  [author] 25 Sep, 2019 @ 10:08pm
@meboosta: I've taken LordGood's Bulgarian Slav building and added all still missing parts with Yakko's shrunken buildings from the Artistic graphics mod. You can find the original mod here:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1854814491 . I'll remove the white buildings when LordGood releases his version.
meboosta 25 Sep, 2019 @ 3:49pm
Who's doing the Slav architecture? It looks great! (and actually matches LordGood's Bulgarian Slav castle extremely well, which is a huge bonus) -- nothing against Yakko, but I like the brown buildings much more than the white ones.

@Agrahüss: Ce petit guide visuel devrait t'aider:

Si tu as encore d'autre question, ne te gêne pas de les poser.
Agrahouss 22 Sep, 2019 @ 9:41am
je n'arrive pas à le faire fonctionner :/
ALPHA_GEORGE_TH 19 Sep, 2019 @ 8:29am
Superb! The building now look like that it equal to Cossack 1 game's building, And that is welcome sight to be hold.
