Can't you just make the customizing into the Tools, or the Utilities? It can't be called "Simple" if it requires you to do file work for it to be customizable.

It's the file where the mod you subscribe to is, and it's where I left a small config file for devs. To open it, you need to unpack the gma using gmad.exe
