I'm a bit sad that the rest of what you wanted to add into this wasn't added i love being able to capture enemy ship's i find it more easier rather than destroying them all the time

For some reason Kadeshi MBFs won't enter into formations.
They also don't count towards the frigate cap.
Same issues for the Swarmers.

Can U make a version compactible with Taiidan Campaign With Cutscenes MOD ?

This version makes Taidan Campaign mod broken... Like impossible to build corvetts, labs, cant capture frigates.... It is cool to play as Taiidan in campaign, but been able to capture Turanic Rader Carriers and other ships!

@Eraly, thanks I didn't notice that there was a new update!

I just gave the mod a quick test and all the major features seem to still be working with no issue.

As far as I can tell the new update only changes the launcher and stuff relating to multiplayer servers, so it shouldn't affect this mod.

Want to add to the support to keeping this updated. appreciate the effort on this mod, the capture system was always the best part of Homeworld. I assume with the latest patch this no longer works?

anyone having an issue with this and the player patch make sure your entire fleet are on no attack stance when taking over the enemy ships as the reason they bug out is due to them being salvaged but destroyed at the exact same time i noticed this by looking using a sort of dev log while playing the ships show as yours but dead and alive at the same time

@Manikin, This mod is definitely not currently compatible with the Player's Patch 2.3.

It should be possible to make a Player's Patch 2.3 compatible version. However it will take a while as I'll have to make a separate mod from scratch and I'm currently busy with university work.

After trying many different things i came to the conclusion the Capture all Mod is not fully compatible with Player's Patch 2.3. I have been trying to dig a bit more but im affraid i don't have the required skills to fix it on my own. Do you think it would be possible to make it compatible, or release a version with Player's patch 2.3 included?

Removed all mods, uninstalled game, cleared steam cache and uninstalled steam, reinstalled everything, ran the game alone fine, then with your mod only, and same problem i can't capture Taiidan frigates in mission 2 of homeworld remastered 1 campaign, corvettes take them in the morthership but they never come out, Anyone has same issue?

I am running your mod alongside player's patch 2.3 and although i can capture the carrier in the second mission of homeworld 1 remastered campaign, in the third missions i can capture the Taiidan frigates with salvage corvettes but they never come out of the mothership after being captured so its either bugged or caused by mod incompatibility. I am only running your mod and player's patch 2.3

copied from change log:

Fixed issues in Homeworld 2 and campaign only research options being missing (eg derelict mover research, defence field frigate radiation upgrade)

Given the captured Taiidan and Vagyr ships parade functionality (meaning the captured ships actually get organised into separate groups and no longer all line up in a row to infinity next to the mothership)
Note - I did not apply this to the Vagyr carrier, as otherwise it would clash with the stealth aspect of Homeworld 2 mission 5

Removed the marine and infiltration frigates being in their own frigate sub-category (meaning you can have more than 4 at once)

@Zenduz, @High Lord Baron, turns out I was wrong! I just fixed that and now the captured ships should 'parade' with your other ships when you hyperspace in at the beginning of the mission

I kinda fix bentusi core fragments mission with Engagements mode. It makes resource collectors buff af so they dont die

@Dansha, You can't just start any mission with the mod. You have to start the mission from the mission select screen, or ideally the whole campaign again. (unless you already started then you can reload a saved you made). The mod changes the ships that are present at the beginning of missions, so just a regular save hasn't loaded the new ships in yet

@ss5slim, @Sir Bear of Brownton, @k7avenger, Should hopefully be fixed now. Mission 4 uses a strange trigger that checks for a specific ship type, and due to the 'vagyr' carrier and shipyard ships are actually copies of the original, it doesn't pick up that they have been destroyed. But I changed that

I haven't actually tested it as it is a very long mission and I'm too lazy haha

Yeah, I was wondering this as well. Just having a huge line next to your ship is annoying, especially since the sooner or later start going out of the map....

i wonder if you will be able to figure out how to set the rally points for captured ships as it becomes quite a big pain having a huge line of them next to your mothership, would be nice if they could join your normal ships

this appears to cause a soft-lock with the HW2 campaign, where you cannot research Enhanced Defense Field Frigates to stop your units dying trying to collect the bentusi core fragments

Enjoying this mod quite a lot, worked flawlessly on HW1 campaign however HW2 campaign mission 4 is broken, captured all carriers and the shipyard but still tells me to destroy all Vaygr ships, will try again but this time only having Higarra ships, it could be because of capturing ships in the previous mission.

@Robinicus Love this mod but for some reason if I have this mod in mission 4 HW2RM the game never finishes even after I kill everything. Also did you take down your Capture ship buff mod, I went to download it and it says it no longer exists. If you did that is sad it was the only one of its kind.

@Dansha, no sorry I don't know what is causing this, i just tested it myself and couldn't recreate the problem. Do you have any mods other than the Capture All Mod installed?

@TurtleKnight, I can't figure out what is causing this so i don't know how to fix it sorry. It's not my biggest priority however, as this is not an issue for the campaign and this is a primarily campaign mod.

I'm trying out this mod for the first time, and I discovered that I'm not able to build attack bombers from the mothership or carrier in skirmish as the Kushan. I started out as the Kushan, kidnapped a Taiidan mothership AI set to Easy for testing, and I do not have that problem with the Taiidan mothership.

Hi, for some reason I can't build from the Taiidan carrier I have captured, even though I can build from the Turanic carriers. Do you know what could be causing this?

Noticed an issue relating to fuel pods and kadeshi swarmers & advanced swarmers. They are unable to dock with the fuel pods after capture.

Their script has a hidden fuel bar that the fuel pods are supposed to fill like any other support frigate. Would it be possible to re-enable docking for them?

Beyond that, you have brought a massive amount into the remaster that it seriously needed!

@XALORR, wow thanks. I had a look at the code and apparently you just straight up can't capture any corvettes of the base Kushan and Taiidan races. I just assumed you could since you can capture the Turanic Raiders' corvettes. Thanks for bringing this to my attention
Anyway I just released a patch to fix that, so you should be able to capture those heavy corvettes now.
You might need to restart your current mission to prevent it from crashing FYI

I have a Problem
Mission: Supernova Station.
I tried to capture the Taidan heavy corvettes,
but my Slavage corvettes can only follow them.
Why?? I have lost 3 of my captured Taidan frigates. XD

Sadly i can't capture the Station, that would be very funny. XD

HUGE UPDATE:
Added ability to capture some Homeworld 2 Remastered ships, such as Vaygr carrier, shipyard and mothership. (sadly not progenitor ships yet)

Added ability to build from captured Turanic Attack Carrier, Kadeshi Mothership, Taiidan Carrier, Vaygr Carrier, Vaygr Shipyard and Vaygr Mothership

Special thanks to wagnerleung0079 who had a major part with making carriers and motherships build ships after being captured. As such I've added them as a contributor to show gratitude for their help
