thanks for the reply i have all dlc so i will test it and turn on/off diffirent dlcs to see which ones work and which dont if any

@ObiWanShinobi didn't test it. Haven't really played HOI4 itself in a while as well. i doubt it but you could try. Main problem is the whole new/DLC stuff. Spies and ship construction isn't really meant to work with this kind of scenario. And i lack the time and motivation to work around all this.

i recommend playing an older version of the game if you want to play this mod

Also, adding on, making the zombies those 3 nations inadvertently clashes with 56; the nations colors don't change and they have the 56 focus trees

@elijahruiz55 I think something similar was happening with the original mod before. Check and see if the zombies have any manpower available, they used to start with none.

While I do like most of these changes, I do not agree with removing the two new nations that made up the horde and replacing them with Venezuela, Portugal and Saudi Arabia. I don't see a reason why that changed was needed.

whenever i try the mod zombies will die for no reason even if no one is attacking them or they are just standing still and just die they have supplies and everything to survive but they just die :(

I just had to go into the console and manually annex eithiopia before starting the time, but yeah it's something to look into for multiplayer games. because if not, Ethiopia joins the allies and italy joins the Axis and they insta die or rampage right of the get go

I like that you try to revive this mod. I like the idea of zombies... but there are less good games or movies with this and the mass of bad movies destroys the enthusiasm of zombies for many people.
I hope you will support this mod. As idea: in my games as non zombie, they never invaded the usa, because there "spawn" army is to weak to hold against the US-Army. They also do not spawn, when in the area they spawn are other divisions. The zombies in SA are normaly running around in the jungle.

One more thing. The zombies automatic war declaration needs to consider countries that are 1 sea tile away as adjacent. As my plague swept through North America I took over everything except Cuba, Haiti, and DR. Since there is no way to become adjacent to them and zombies have massively negative PP, there was no way to declare war on those countries.

Not sure if it is possible but you might also want to disable all decisions for the zombies. I was playing the zombies in Venezuela and was offered the decision to form New Granada so I am now the zombies of New Granada. I'm now allowed to change my templates if I want but I still have the -1000% research and construction.

The zombies need to have a larger naval invasion limit than 10. Playing as the zombies you will never take over the major island nations (UK, Japan, etc.) since you lose your main weapon... numbers. Also it is rather boring waiting the 70 days for every tiny little island that you can really only do one at a time. For playing against the zombies as an island it is really easy to just garrison your coast and sit back sipping tea while watching the world burn.

that was my fault italy just got ganged up on due to ethiopia joining the factions and nations just kept fighting each other because of ethiopia and italy joined different factions i never noticed the zombie nations were in a faction before hand my bad

@reachreset well the balancing is a huge issue. Working on it. But it takes time and there are a lot of ways to fuck it up. The Zombie Nations don't fight each other because they are in the same faction and i've never seen them leaving. Pretty sure it's the "No Faction Mod" you said is "100% compatible". And if they are fighting each other of course they are a lot weaker

also either make the zombie nations auto non agression pact or unite it into one zombie nation although having it as one zombie nation could make it not focus on some parts being problematic so maybe just make the zombie nations auto non agression with eachother if possible

my problem with this mod although it's a MASSIVE improvement is just that the zombies are under powered and that the zombie nations fight each other a simple fix might be to just make one or two standard templates for the zombie nation and possibly set a permanent production line for them but it's not like i know anything

Is it possible to tweak the AI so that the zombies don't stop attacking when they run in to an unbeatable defense? Seems to me like something they wouldn't do, level 10 fort across a river? Charge!

Hey may I recommend that humans can't add zombies to the divisions. The ai seems to be using this to the max.
