(sorry for the late response, got wrapped up in other games)

I'm not sure what you mean. I don't see anything in the Killing Floor directory that is called such a thing. Is it only possible to use these in an online game/server? I just wanted to try them out using server perks single player (it's my understanding that these skins only work with server perks)
