Bought no extra DLC.
And confirm I just tested. Bought an ecologist hero and no increase in the overcolonization limit.
Funny thing is, the text in the federation does show like the mod is active. It just does not work.

I will try this.
Before this nerf, I thought that this old overcolonization bonus was too strong,
but at the same time the modification Ampllitude done is a too strong nerf.
I wish they will modifiy this, and add something like "+1 overcolonization limit par hero that match the main political party (as they do) and +1 overcolonization limit per hero of the main played race".... this or something else, between the too strong bonus and the too strong nerf...
Is it something easy to code in a mod ?

FIDSI malus from Resource Recoverers now applies on ALL systems and not only main system
