@NeoDement: Well as for "dodgy TF2 German", right now it only looks like you didn't get the pronoun gender correct. How about using Medic's stereotype accent or the stereotype Hollywood Eastern European Dracula accent and make it "Der Bludliebhaber?"

Looking good - the name is off, however. In German it's "der Blutliebhaber" so you might want to change that.
