i added the building via RICO to my local buildings and set the workers to 400, works too!

I've just started working with RICO and this is my first such asset so it may be a problem on my part, but I followed AJ3D's guide on creating and sharing RICO assets and it works fine for me. Unfortunately I don't know what the problem might be but if it persists you can still find the building among the Unique buildings under the Level 3 tab. I hope it helps!
