I will like to see stand alone script you use for that nice menu.
I can imagine some map interaction with that mouse mode.
Subgrids (rotor / piston head / wheels) are just another ship following the point inside block.
With huge speeds those subgrids have problems to follow that points and result is Clang.
Probably a bit late.
It's the fact you're in atmo and on a piston. Too many forces at play.
Try disabling the inertial dampeners, might help.
Been subbed since you published it but man, i had to come back now and say it. Should have a long time ago. Maybe i even did, and if so, i'll say it again. I freakin' LOVE IT. Thank you for sharing this amazing work with us!

Also, your right, I can see the resembalance. Just need a different color scheme and you can make it Knight worthy. Now I want to make the transport, maybe the glitches' ship.
