Tested it for crashes, all works fine on my end under 9.4.0 and no mods.
I hear all the stuff about mods - those with issues should try removing them (deactivating may not be enough). Sadly that includes the official Halloween one.

Anyone had issues with pure vanilla?

So once you have the sub powered up and then you enter the command console. The game does not crash for you?

So, due my lack of time nautilus is obviously outdated, but I didn't managed to recreate this game crashing bug. Maybe I need more feedback.

Rods are in safe locker, next to reactor.

Where the hell are the fuel rods?

I had the same as reydive. As soon as you enter the driver seat. The game crashes.

Bug founded if I turn engine on in deck game juest crashing.

I have to say, as somebody who watched that movie many times as a kid, this design really touched me. Lovely work!

as experienced engineer i can tell you that junction boxes should be more visible, best if they're together, its hard to find them all :v
extinguishers i have found 3 so thats ok :D
im gonna try to do the mission, driving alone, but not today :v
i like the thing that you can slide down to get to the guns and suits :D
i also like this airlock method its cool :D wonder what will happen when pumps are broken :v
i could just wire up the main engine, but im not gonna XD i will set force and turn it on when i need it :v

This week I will be updating the boat to include features of new baro update. I am aware of this ladder thing, but it is placed like that for aesthetic - however, i will work on it some more;)

Maybe I will slightly increase power of aux engines, but yeah, i want the main one to be controlled manually - you know, immersion.

If railgun seems to not retracting back - check if it isn't damaged. It has a ballast that sometimes need to be welded, unfortunately, again, due to aesthetic and sprite depths, you can't see the damages, but i checked it - you can weld it "blindly" pretty well from outside of the sub. Another thing - docking and undocking sometimes is messy;)

I was hoping someone would make the Nautilus, and this is one of my favorite submarines so far due to details alone! That retractable railgun is really cool too!

A "glitches" I've found;

- Boxes will go behind the fabricator when dropped and be hard to see.

- The docking ladder doesn't line up with the station, so when you are re-entering the dub, you risk falling.

- The railgun doesn't always want to cooperate, but I really do like it being retractable.

Additional notes;

- Lack of fire extinguishers. I found one in the engine room, but there really should be one in the reactor room as well.

- It would be nice to be able to control the main engine from the command deck, but I understand the emphasis on communication. If it weren't for that, I'd try it in single player.
