all good now i figured out what i had done wrong i had a blonde moment and had not download all the mods that you need too make it work haha.. so on the up side the little bit ive played of it so far its a awesome mod definitely will recommend it too my mates when they get arma 3

Can't find the mission?

i cant find it in the mod folder on main screen before launching main game??

There is an officer near one of the buildings in the spawn area. Go near him and you'll see "Recruit Infantry" come up as an option on your screen. Select that, then choose the units you want to recruit from the list that comes up.

How do I recruit AI?

@Lewis - It's a multiplayer scenario (where you can recruit AI if you wish). Start Arma 3, go to mulitplayer, host server, and start a LAN server just for you to play on. If that doesn't work, let me know.

Yeah still not working. Its says dowloading of steam files has failed.

Hey mate! When I go to launch the mission, it says steam cannot download the files. Not sure what thats about. I have tried redownloading it several times. Cheers.

Due to the attacks on the base (Will always target the base flag) I will be removing the base attack auto generated task. This will also allow the mission change flag to be moved yo an accessible location near the spawn. Update will be done soon.

Absolutely love it! Thank you for this. I have a greater appreciation for Australians in Nam now. My only complaint is that I play single player. Usually with a 5 man SASR team. Works really well, but the base assault is killing me. Even when I attempt to change the mission, the enemy still attacks the base. I get overwhelmed. Other than that, its perfect for me.

Memorial to the fallen of Long Tan has been added at the 1 ATF Base. See one of the pictures in the mission slideshow to see it.

Btw CUP Terrains core is listed as required but CWA isn't . If you weren't running core that is maybe why you had the issue with the mission not working.

Thanks Valour, I got it going by adding 2 cup terrains mods - maps and cwa. From what I've seen so far it looks great. I think it would be fitting to recognize 6 RAR now based at Enoggera that fought at the Battle of Long Tan in 66 along with some 1st Fd Regt Arty Batteries + a NZ Bty.

To eliminate server side issues, you can join 139.99.130.110:2302 And see if you can join. The mission is currently running there.

Did you get any specific error? Haven't had any other reports of that issue. You running it single player or on a server?

I gave up trying to get it to work. Something to do with CUP mods.

Spyder addons added as loadouts were not saving on respawn.

If it doesn't load on your dedicated server the first time, select it again from the mission selection screen at it will load.
