ok i found the wheelie bar and it doesnt work in beam it just phases through the ground

@DeftPirateNinja It has been updated to UE 4.24 which is the engine openbeta is running. Unless you opt in for openbeta this mod isn't going to work until the main branch of the game gets the UE 4.24 update

There is a fix to the problem below, you have to pick the material slots on the bottom and replace each with the default ones, that way it will work!

Remember that all the fixtures are in the misc section, make sure you subscribed and make sure you launch the game normally, launching it without a launcher won't download the mods or update them
