@MoonShi the mod weapons create a fixed energy bar to represent each weapon's magazine capacity. When you deplete your energy you are empty and reload. Trying to add to your energy via food or other means will cause a malfunction of the gun. Using any non-FFS weapon will operate as vanilla Starbound.

Came back to play starbound and found out ffs never get updated (last played since old lyetzi mod) it’s just sad. it’s best weapons mod imo because I love their mechanic :/

Bros, when i use guns from this mod my character energy is halved and wont restore, did i do someting wrong? or its mod conflict. I have no idea whats mean refilling ammo with energy cause mailfunction.

Also no ADS without firing so you have to aim high to use a tactical flashlight.
This and Old War Armory would go pretty well together (Especially because OWA's PTRD is nuts and this mod gives it a lot more sensible usage)

This mod seems more than a little dead given that its last update was almost 5 years ago. Also ep.0 has a lot of spelling mistakes. Its cool, but definitely not polished.

Have a little issue with the weapons found in this mod + the Crew Customization + mod. Apparently when you equip the weapons in this mod, they sometimes don't reload/unable to reload or is unable to use the weapons at times.

@everyone The only reason that I have hope for this mod is, after looking at the discord server I saw the last dev log, this was from 2023, and although the mod's update activity dates back to 2020, results do look slightly promising.

@Bota I do not believe the mod is going to be updated. The creator has not paid attention to it in the last 3 years. Even if the mod updates it'll be a very long time, most starbound players would have forgotten about this mod and moved on to GIC or some ran recreation of FFS

I would like to get permission to use the armour assets in my mod.

To be more precise I need to edit them so they fit the body of my race.. I do not use the same file locations and only change the ID name because it needs to be a new armour, My method allows players to take the armour they earned and use a crafting table to modify them to fit my races body.

Last update was like 3 years ago. Mod seems dead in the water.

Would love a standalone just weapons version of it, all the work that went into them shouldn't be lost. At least that.
