I added some config options (separated for warly and all other) to change the cooldown and the multipliers. And my code makes sure to not add foodmemory to characters who already have it (you are checking the warly tag, but mod characters might not have this but still a foodmemory).

I use that as a private mod for now, let me know if I should send you the code, so others also get advantage of it.
I switched over to a better method of modding that won't become invalidated if Klei every updates certain files.
