And yeah, i agree. There is the DLC (Should it even be considered that?) that allows us Multiplayer. (I think?) No idea if there's bots there or not, since i never downloaded or tried it out.
Besides that the bots are to stupid to get ammo, they'll just go for their objective till they die, and repeat the same event until they accomplish their objective.
One thing when I've reported bugs they are often dismissed in a "works for me" manner. The game feels a bit like dealing with incompetent web designers in the 90's. They'd use some crappy WYISWYG and think because it looks right on their screen and one web browser it looks right in all web browsers and all screen sizes but they never check.
Haven't played ARMA yet, but a lot of games with NPC's that can drive vehicles, tend to run you over if you get in front of them 1-2 seconds before they'd reach your position, whereas most human players would be able to either:
1, Stop their vehicle, or at least slow down so the player doesn't drop to 25% or below in HP
2, Swerve/Turn away from the player, so they don't get hit.
I'll have to try ARMA out some time, but i've avoided doing so be its got the Simulation tag, and i'm hesitant to try games like that out.
But this is on your map, not one of the standard maps, or one of the aforementioned maps that only let me run 250 or below.
