@Teutonician; That might be true, but that still is a joke! At least 600 days in-game just to unlock the ministries, like seriously? I played until 1942, and I still wasn't doing anything at all - just building up for a war to come, I had 2 civil wars which completely fucked me up militarily, and industrially, sorry to say mate, but I won't be playing this mod until these things are resolved.
