Those are actual animations compiled into the hat. We cannot do that with the community importer.

give the thing an animated blink cycle, add a second style which makes the skin paintable instead of the pupil, do SOMETHING with it.

i mean, why does workshop even have a UPDATE button if none of you dingleberries even use it...

I think they didn't add this because there already is a monoculus hat. still a cool hat though. I agree with the ghost, It would be cool if It would teleport when you sticky/rocket jumped
