Regard Source2 update:
All maps will be reworked and compiled in the new engine Source2.
This could take some time but it will be a lot better.

You cant, you have to run a server with sourcemod to install a plugin for that.
You can only disable collision for the teamplayers with a command.
There are like 2-4 servers which has the map.
