This is pretty cute, but the model definitely needs a rework. Namely, the monocle is too blocky/polygonal. For Pyro's version I would probably make it as big as the eye-hole on their default mask because I think that'd be pretty funny.

I liked to see the monocle by itself.

This with the medics new beard and eye scar would fit PERFECT!

Thing is about these items is that since you put the Halloween 2013 tag, they will only be equippable on Halloween and full moons, which is kind of disappointing for hats as good as this one.

The Halloween update will only contain holiday-restricted items. I disagree with it, too, but that's the only way to get your product in for the next month or so.

Shame it's a halloween item, this would be great all year round.

this would be better if it was all year round. Most people don't give a sh*t about halloween items. They are only to be worn on a few days a year, and are worth measly scraps. If I made an item, I wouldn't want it to end up at the bottom of the pricelist and only worn on a few days a year. Now THAT is a waste of effort. So please just make it non-halloween, and it would be fantastic!
