1. Screen words: Game_text type
2. Background: Sky_camera type
3. Custom Buttons: It isn't too customized, but it's actually the "rendercolor" key in the prop_button. you have to manually add the key name to customize the colors.
4. All that: From Portal 2 Authoring Tools.
