if you are planning a tainted version here is an idea: you can make him start with an empty heart container and 1/2 of a black heart.

In repentance, if you have this mod enabled, selecting the lost immediately crashes the game

Could you pls let him start with small rock (Cain kills him with one) or betrayl (he got betrayled by his brother) or backstabber (he got backstabbt by cain).

I'll be honest tho, I bloody love this mod. It encourages rational and resourceful play, along with having good stats so that he basically isn't a regular challenge character like ??? or the Lost. It all balances out, and I like that.
