Hey there, same problemas happening on here, just suscribed to it, and on my Loading Screen Mod report, it said that these failed. It was due to the invalid LOD texture size that kept messing around with vanilla housing and else. This is really nice, i'd really like it to be fixed! Up to you.

Same issue here, but seems like only recently. A real shame because the invalid LOD texture size is messing up other building's LOD's as well. Would be amazing if you could fix Leeijo (and release the dingbats while you're at it? LOL)

Hi! The creator of Boroughsburg, probably the most ambitious world mod for The Sims 3 in years, asked me to ask you whether you'd be willing to let him use some of your building models? Feindbild's New York style buildings ended up being a big game changer for our community. He linked me this upload and asked if you'd consider it. If so I think they'd look fantastic, there's a bunch of good content creators for the game but custom building assets are still largely unexplored. Let me know if you're interested!

@dougytodd Sorry, if you're new to the game these are probably not for you. These are on a more advanced player lever where you need and know how to use some of the essential mods of the game.

@Certified paint huffer Sorry, that's not something I've seen happen before and was not there when I tried them yesterday. Probably something on your end conflicting or have gotten corrupted. Try to unsub and sub again as well as verify your cache.

Hey @Leeijo, it seems that some assets have no color map for LODs. The whole asset becomes colored when LOD is visible for Laguna Home 6 (bright red) and Upslope Home 1 (in slope pack, bright blue)

@Napalm Axalotl don't think you got that from these. All lods are 128x128 and i haven't heard anyone else having problems with the houses.

The blue on the side is the "world hole". That's because they have terrain clipping which they have to have to show what's below ground level. You have to cover that up in some way or live with it :)

They are great houses. The assets only show a little blue on the side. Maybe a more neutral color?

Yeah, sorry guys! Those of you missing some of the buildings is because they have some light prop from parklife. This behavior was not totally expected and not consistent either as it works with some props from other dlcs. It's been reported to CO. I'll see if I can fix it on my side later this summer, I am currently in vacation.

I see them now, yeah, after purchasing the Park Life DLC. And, next to the assets, the Park Life DLC logo is shown.

Actually, there are some that use some props from parklife I think, didn't think that would result in them not loading though. Can you see them in the content manager?

I seem to have fixed it. It looks like some of the houses in this pack, and the slope pack, require Park Life DLC.

Hmm, well, considering I have over 270 pages of mods, I'm afraid that'll be a bit of a pain haha... What I'll do is get some more of the DLC, and check the actual content manager to see if they're showing up.

I'm afraid not, it's the first time I'm hearing of it and lots of other people use them without issues. Try to load them without other mods and see if the issue persists.

I have all the assets in that list, and all the required mods, yet I am missing some. Not all, just some... any ideas?
