this is the mod i was using, i think that its a little too distracting, but you might like it

@QuickFox - Now that you mention it, it's a little disproportionate to the other glows. I probably should do an alt version that tones it down a little.
The exact name of the mod was "Enchanted Weapon FX". I'm guessing they took it down becuase the fire effect was designed solely for the daedric sword; the fire enchantment effect was the same on every sword but only perfectly overlapped that one -- even daggers had the sword-length effect.
They made new effects for all three elements, but the one I used most was the fire one. The effect was applied when the weapon was unsheathed, and made the same sound as conjuring a weapon. The author said that it was limited to swords, but it appeared on my ebony bow too, albeit reversed. The mod also affected enemy weapons.
