I found the electronic blueprints and read them but I can't make the electronic training dummies? There's no option in my build list. I have electronic ninja and military but they don't show up as buildable. And only advanced economy shows up. What gives?
Aziss 2 mart. 2022 la 7:27
I also did an import of the game when loading this mod and restarted the game and that crafting bench will not show up in the menu I don't know why you made it so only the book could be crafted in the bench that breaks the whole mod when there are issues like this.
Aziss 2 mart. 2022 la 7:04
Sadly this mod will not work for me. I researched the shoddy trainings first but the Training workbench does not show up in the Crafting build menu so there is no way to make these items for me. I suggest you spawn the Training Tools Research book needed for the crafting bench in shops that way whatever mod I'm using won't conflict with it and I can use these training devices otherwise it's broken and won't work.
D9sinc 30 oct. 2021 la 21:53
I'm an idiot. So for those who are having the issue as mentioned previously, Reload the game, look in the crafting menu and get the training bench crafting table, it will let you use the books and stuff to access the rest of the content in this mod. Just make sure you buy a Luxury Goods item from a Trade Goods Trader
brothoven 19 mai 2021 la 1:17
I also have the problem as Eggg.
Eggg 4 febr. 2021 la 19:08
I bought and used the blueprint for basic combat, but I still can only build shoddy trainers?
Manu 12 oct. 2020 la 22:25
Ip man would be proud
phlatphreeky  [autor] 18 sept. 2020 la 8:39
Hm.... Actually, let me look at how I might be able to get this compatible with other mods.... I mean, I could just leave the old research in. It is completely useless with this mod as a stand alone but other mods that have tied their work into the existing files would at least still have access to them.

And yea, load order wont change original game files back, so that was worded poorly.
phlatphreeky  [autor] 18 sept. 2020 la 8:31
If anyone can identify when the empties are showing up or if they are already there, it would save me a little time on the front end.

My current theory is the unaltered game files are some how activating or changing these two items, which is just changing a trigger but I am not sure what item it needs to be changed in.

If I cant find that, then a really janky fix would be making a new research item that is not attached to anything but required by all empties, in theory, this hsould deactivate all empties from the research list.
phlatphreeky  [autor] 18 sept. 2020 la 8:28
When are Empty5 and 6 popping up? I am looking at the mod and its unclear why those are the only two showing up as I have Empty1-17 and they are all set the same.

These are old training research items that were removed and replaced with all the new research this mod has. These Empties are probably the reason this mod fits with other mods like Weight bench as they all aim to edit or delete old research items.

I actually just started playing Kenshi again and have a few ideas to correct the Empties that are being seen and will push a fix after its been thoroughly tested.

Thank you all for your dedication to making this content better, please let me know if anyone has run into any other issues.
Monoxide47 11 aug. 2020 la 15:56
Anyone know the best place to find the Standard, Advanced and electric tier prints at? I thought Mongrel would probably be a good bet but I've checked every vendor there for the past 5 in-game days and yet to find one of the higher tier plans.
Frozium 12 iun. 2020 la 17:44
For people wondering what "Empty X" means, it's a null item. If you have a recipe that requires it, you simply cannot research it. I've heard this mod clashes with the way other training mods operate (like Weight bench).

So yeah, "Empty X" = Cannot research
Teirdalin 2 iun. 2020 la 2:37
I too have been wondering about the mystery of empty5 & empty6.
MENDO 29 apr. 2020 la 8:30
Is there anyone know what empty 5 and 6 is?
alexfrommd 21 apr. 2020 la 19:27
What is Empty5 and empty6?
Blastmetal 19 mart. 2020 la 14:12
ever thought it might have sensors on it and electronic detection systems. too see how visible you are. @joe78man

How does somebody trains perception or stealth with a dummy?
Kobechet 3 febr. 2020 la 8:21
Alright, there's been a lot of questions about this so here's a quick guide for those looking
Step 1, research the Shoddy Trainings under training research (There's 3 of them)
Step 2, Under CRAFTING in the build menu there's a Training workbench, make that
Step 3, Craft a Training Tools Research Book at the workbench
Step 4, Research Training Tools crafting under training research

All done for the shoddy level from here, to get higher level training dummies you need to find the next level Blueprints in shops (I find them in general and tech shops usually), unlock and research the level, and manufacture the dummies. There are a lot of materials involved in just the basic level itself so be prepared to put in some work to earn your training.
RedPine 31 dec. 2019 la 19:08
This mod currently breaks all stat training mods that have vanilla training researches as a pre-requisite. This is contrary to the opening paragraph in your mod description, which seems to claim such mods aren't broken as long as they are put last in the load order. It could just be that your disclaimer was worded poorly.

Mods broken include fun crossbows, dexterity dolls, and weight training mods. I can recommend three solutions: Either add stat training to your existing mod (since you have all skills covered anyway), provide links to stand-alone stat training mods that are compatible with your mod, or don't remove vanilla researches from your mod.

Obviously, your mod is a free service and changing it would be a huge hassle, but please at least update your disclaimer to clearly state that vanilla-dependent training mods are broken - EVEN if they are put last in the load order.
Jociel 30 dec. 2019 la 11:04
Bought the electronic economy schematics from Quin in the Scraphouse, so there is a chance he sell the other two? There's any other place that sells electronic schematics? I looked almost all cities and only found one in black desert
pyatr 28 dec. 2019 la 22:58
And where do you craft it?
◯ | Wood Imp 21 dec. 2019 la 9:56
Really confused as to where to find the training weapons to build these in the first place?
phlatphreeky  [autor] 11 dec. 2019 la 14:10
pretty sure you have to craft that book. . . Its been a bit since ive looked at this mod.
Azurablades 2 dec. 2019 la 6:17
I cant find the training tools book looked everywhere except holy nation territory, where is it?
phlatphreeky  [autor] 19 nov. 2019 la 15:31
@Hector of Troy, Thank you sir! We put a lot of work into it! it has hundreds of variables.
phlatphreeky  [autor] 19 nov. 2019 la 15:31
They do not spawn in the world, only on vendors. Electronic is going to be from your rare vendors and they have a rare spawn.
Hector of Troy 16 nov. 2019 la 6:21
Best mod ever, sir. Great job.
slick 7 nov. 2019 la 13:47
Yeah, I'm having trouble finding electronic blueprints, is there a specific place that have them?
ACE 6 nov. 2019 la 13:56
Do the blueprints spawn at specific locations or is it random? Also should I be looking in ruins for them or just towns?
The P.I.S.S 19 oct. 2019 la 0:33
oh, no its fixed it works
i aparently was lacking the 2nd tier blueprints; dough i had electronic lol so i was spooked
phlatphreeky  [autor] 18 oct. 2019 la 20:16
Everyone, the progression has to be done in order. You must read the blueprint, THEN research it. Make sure you have researched the training tools first!
Audax 15 oct. 2019 la 0:40
Hello, a question. I found the eletronic blueprint for combat, but i cant find it in the building menu, do i need to find the advanced blueprint first?
The P.I.S.S 8 oct. 2019 la 8:55
i HAVE preety much, from what i can tell found every blueprint to make the better stuff outside of the shoddy stuff
and i really dont know where to check or what to do next after researching the blueprints since i cant build em
some problem with the game, or other mods or?
Oatmeal 23 sept. 2019 la 17:32
How do you go up from basic to standard? I've already researched all of shoddy and basic and grabbed a standard combat blueprint but nothings showing up for research
phlatphreeky  [autor] 7 sept. 2019 la 19:59
The goal of the progressive is to "catch" new recruits up a bit more quickly. In my game all my people are capped out with electric, with extremely high end gear for all of them 10 are damn near unkillable.
phlatphreeky  [autor] 7 sept. 2019 la 19:58
You should be finding a few advanced at mongrel, but most of them will be found at the black desert rare vendor.
9九 2 sept. 2019 la 16:38
i don't know what i'm looking for O.o
i already went to Black desert city, the black scratch, mongrel, worlds end, shark, ancient labs...

where can i find the advanced or the electronic blueprints? My game reach the level where i don't need to even train, is that the goal of the "Progressive" gameplay?

I have not went to any HN city, they wont talk to me :(

Igualop 27 aug. 2019 la 21:28
"Shoddy Dexterity Trainer" crashes the game while using "Remove Anime Running" mod
[TG] Pvt. Wes 24 aug. 2019 la 10:39
Yeah, it is also related to tech level. I'm dumb. Sorry to be a pest.
[TG] Pvt. Wes 24 aug. 2019 la 10:25
Okay. I bought the blueprints and used them before starting the research for the shoddy grade training equipment. Now I've completed the research and unlocked the training tools bench. Yet I still can't access the basic grade. I reloaded, bought a second copy of blueprints but got the message 'research already known'. Are tech levels required at all?
phlatphreeky  [autor] 16 aug. 2019 la 9:30
# Kyber, not your fault, perhaps I should add that to the description.
Kyber Voraluna 14 aug. 2019 la 13:07
Problem solved. I found the basic blueprints. Now i'm able to research further in. Sorry about that, guess I didn't understand entirely how it worked. ^^;
phlatphreeky  [autor] 14 aug. 2019 la 11:13
@kyber, uuuh. . . . this doesnt make sense. You did the shoddy research, and you did the research for the training tools?

If you didnt do the research for the training tools then even if you have the blueprints it wont show up.

If you have done that research, and have gotten all the other training levels it should be there.

Maybe what is happening is that you did the shoddy research, but you are trying to jump to advanced or electronic. You have to do them in order.

You have to have shoddy for basic, basic for standard, standard for advanced, and advanced for electronic. They have to be researched in order.
Kyber Voraluna 14 aug. 2019 la 11:05
I've researched like three things I think, and then went out and bought the blueprints for the more advanced stuff. How ever i'm still unable to build them, nore do I see anything in further research. And i'm referring to any of the training dummies. I saw the arrows that make it go left and right for the different training dummies, but nothing for the more advanced ones, unless i'm missing something?
phlatphreeky  [autor] 14 aug. 2019 la 10:28
@kyber, just tested this and its working as expected. Are you trying to do the military training dummies or one of the other categories?
phlatphreeky  [autor] 14 aug. 2019 la 10:15
@Kyber, If you have done the research then that is definitely strange. It should not be behaving that way. Ill go right now and test to make sure one of these updates didnt break anything in my save and ill let you know what i find.
phlatphreeky  [autor] 14 aug. 2019 la 10:13
@Kyber Have you done the research at the bench for it? The blueprint only unlocks the research.
