has and offset and doesnt work right. When i tried to remove it it nearly killed my save .-.

The offset removal fix doesn't seem to work on Mac, no matter how I try. A tad disappointing, I always liked using this as a room centerpiece.

Thanks all for the fix. It's a nice mod besides this small issue.

Thank you Tenth Architect for the info for a quick fix for fish outside the tank. I missed using this mod.
Below are the instructions to show where to look for the file to fix, since I needed help figuring out where to look and what use to do it. Figured I'd share since it could help someone else out.

You need to go into the mods folder which is normally in "c:\users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Megaquarium\Mods\"
go to the "Podium Tank" folder, then data. Open the data file with notepad (Make a backup just in case before doing anything) and remove the line "modelOffset":{"x":-0.5,"z":-0.5}
Make sure it's only that line you take out, save and close. Open the game and it should play normally, no more fish swimming outside the tank.

It's been working fine for me so far, even with the newest dlc. Hopefully HarryLMM decides to work on it again sometime, as it's honestly one of my favourite mods.

Unfortunately it doesn't work as intended, fish swim outside of the tank

Same issue here, also needs its tank depth changed to 1

I'm having the same issue with this being offset, so fish and decor aren't centered. Hope you can fix it, as I was looking forward to having these!

The model of the tank was being rendered a half meter off in two directions, while the container was in the right space, causing fish to swim in the air and guests to walk through the tank

What was the issue, @Tenth Architect ?
I've yet to try this mod with the new DLC.
Tenth Architect 13 Nov, 2021 @ 1:11pm
Not sure if this is being maintained, but deleting line 72: "modelOffset":{"x":-0.5,"z":-0.5} fixes the issue the new DLC caused with this mod

Alternatively, make a taller podium tank :>
LethalOwl 16 Oct, 2021 @ 7:14pm
Might need a lil' update :D It works more or less as intended, of course, but I think it need a depth-change as you can actually plop a tall kelp in there and it sticks out of the tank xD

Podium terrariums would be nice for all those small bugs that don't need a huge tank

This is such a cute little tank. It's really nice for minimalist displays with just a few animals.

One of my favorite tank. Perfect for little fish which don't need so much space. Good work :)

It's a great little tank for the hermit crabs and species that don't like conspecifics. Hopefully we see more decor that fits into a single square space, but otherwise this is a cool tank!

An interesting tank that brings variety to the game in terms of aquarium design. Like the description states, it's a small tank (only 7 units and cannot be resized) making it great for low requirement damsels or for emergency tank when one of your fish big a day earlier than you were expecting and you need to prevent a little fish from being eaten. However, these tanks can be a little difficult to use unless you have basic pump unlocked or if you don't have the combiheater since there are only the four sides to utilize for equipment. Guests will also complain if you don't have any decoration/plant in them despite it being a 1x1 tank. (such needy guests!)

Would really love these podium tanks if I could adjust their size to utilize them for crabs and lobsters.
