No idea, as there havent been any updates to this work since its release. It's likely something to do with steam. Check if your steam mod directory has enough space for the skinpack, then check if the files are downloading correctly there (you'll need to look yourself to find out where this is on your machine). Mods like this do not need to be subscribed in order to be played; the files should stay even if you unsub. Something is removing those files, but I can't say what sadly.

I've been encountering a problem where I'd have to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the skin pack because the skins would no longer appear on my units after having played a skirmish game with the skin pack once. So basically the moment I play the skin pack a second time after subscribing, it no longer works and I'd have to resubscribe :'( Any idea how to fix this?

Its a skinpack; subscribe, then check your inventory and find my skins among the rest. Right click, and equip them; it has both winter and summers. Then try out 'The Advanced Powers' tuning pack, and have fun.

Damn, this is so cool

Just a note on resolution everyone; The actual resolution of the textures are the same as any other, i just like to keep textures sharp and details defined rather than blurry. The ingame engine will blur textures automatically even on the highest settings when they are angled or zoomed out of.
