I did finally solve the whole puzzle. The mountain of blocks was not trivial.

I got a little farther. Once I realized that you need to push the hermit crab block above the bamboo ramp instead of pulling it. I then discovered that by pushing that block you interrupt the lava flow that was blocking the path to the right. Now I am trying to solve the mountain of hermit crab blocks surrounding the two last giant frogs. The solution does not seem to be simple or obvious.
