Just as an advice - those graphical mods usually still work without problems even if the mod manager says that they are outdated.

Regarding the crimson A... i never knew that it is some kind of special symbol? I'm not that deep into the warhammer lore.
About the mod 'proper orcs'. I don't know why both mods shouldn't be compatible with each other. Unless of course the outher of the other mod uses another variantmesh for Grimgor. In that case my changes would not be effective.
I also added two more pics which are a bit more focused on the spalta.
And yes, he has 2 lines of teeth in the lower jaw ;)
