So if a Ruling Family's king has "Skepticism" as a personal trait (like some game characters do), then this is passed down to all sons?
I am guessing that the answer is No, and that all that Bloodline traits do is make certain bonuses appear and share automatically between all characters in a family, like giving an Omen power bonus to Zadokite family members in Judea.
There have been some under the hood changes that you might also like, I have wrote events to give bloodlines to all game generated characters which the game would not automatically do.
I haven't really touched Imperator since last summer, so don't really know if I'll come back to it anytime soon. Maybe for 1.4, but most likely not. You are welcome to update and develop this in anyway you wish.
Apparently the author abandoned this mod since this mod hasn't been updated in months
I just ran into a problem tho.
When i play as Epirus the bloodline "pyrrhus" won´t be passed on to the children.
It´s the only one i noticed so far where it happens. It works fine with the Agiads of Sparta for example.
I started as Atropatene and none of my children had the Atropates bloodline. As far as I know none of them are autogenerated. (?) When I finally managed to get two kids - a boy and a girl - only the boy inherited the bloodline.
Also, the bloodline of Brennus is not present at the start of the game for the ruler of Senonia - I don't think it's in at all at the moment.
It does alter the default ones by adding new effects to the traits, while also adding new traits.
@Sxuld
That's outside the purview of my mod.
So in theory I may be able to find a modded bloodline among all the default ones?
I have it on and the Phrygia blood, Antigonos or whatever is patrilinear only.
Your mod doesn't do that so don't go down a rabbit hole.
I did however discover a bug. Your Family Brennus - some of them are the sons and daughters of macedonian characters. Something maybe in the character setup file.
Not at the moment no
@Landstander
Blood of Argead is unique as it is the only one that is both matrilineal and patrilineal in the base game
On an unrelated note, Bloodlines+ and Traits Reworked can be compatible if you take all the text from Traits Reworked and paste it into your mod. :) Traits Reworked doesn't touch the history files, so it only took me 2 or 3 minutes.
