Update: turns out the bola timer IS still 5:00 for other creatures (Bears, at least). Only the Lion seems to be at 1:40.

Atlas 405 patch may have broken the bola part of this mod. Tamed a lion today, the bola only lasted 1:40, same as base game.

followup to powerstone taming post below...it works fantastic. I think this mod should be included with powerstone taming?

You can enable showing the url of the steam workshop page by going in Steam to Settings->Inteface->Display Steam URL address bar when available. For every workshop item it'll have the mod id at the end after "id=".

I came here today to say I love this mod and I haven't found any problems, and the make the game playable great for 1 or 2 people. The only time I can't hit a target is if I am getting very low frame rates. But that is my lag I think.

Found the issue was with another mod, this one works great!

I don't even have the devkit installed so can't check this, but if that's the case, i'm thinking maybe you aren't lowering there HP enough before bolaing ..and it's due to the normaly game design? reason I say that is because in reference to the mod, it doesn't even change anything on the bola.. the timer is acually within the animal's themself, and not the item, so the change didn't touch the bolas or replace bolas at all.

Cannot get bolos to work on tames at all, feed range on passives is nice, but bolos never hit.
