To answer a question of someone in the comment-- the reason to repack is to 1) minimize the downtime from mod updates that impact your server and 2) make it easier for players to download fewer mods in total.

I'd for these reasons, I'd like to repack. I will give credit to all mods in the server pack.

saline bags have a vanilla use. Losing blood in dayz could be life and death. Disabling the functionality to saline is absolutely stupid. Create a separate mod with unique items that raise hp instead of recycling a vanilla asset that people actually do use.
