Lt. Rocky, I noticed a bug associated with this mod. When the character takes out the G36, he pulls the shutter. So sometimes during this animation with the shutter you can hear some kind of whistling, mixed with a creaking sound. Can you fix this bug?
P.S. Even when I had the scripts installed that come with the mod, it didn’t really help the situation, alas(

if you have an M16 mod installed, the equip sounds of your M16 mod will conflict with this and play over this gun upon switching to it

Yeah, that was 100% it. It was still active while disabled somehow, but uninstalling fixed it up completely. Sorry for the dumb comment.

Oh I've disabled and uninstalled any of those. I'll have to check that out, though. This is a really good model AND it's got the flashlight stuck to it. It's rare to have both of those in a model.

You likely have a script mod for the SG552 that's mirroring the weapon, as the CSS guns did before the community update. This gun uses IK to help the animations blend together, so whenever such a model is used in conjunction with the mirroring, the IK forces the weapon to be un-mirrored but doesn't un-invert the model's vertex normals, making the weapon and hands appear backwards.

If you know how to edit scripts, all you need to do is find the mod that is altering weapons_rifle_sg552.txt and make sure "BuiltRightHanded" is set to 1.

I dunno what happened, but this gun is a little...weird... The magazine and scope have visual clipping weirdness and the left hand appears backwards.

When holding by the grip, the right hand is not properly positioned.

the script is no longer need it, are you gonna remove the script of all your CSS weapons replacement @Lt. Rocky because they have their own incendiary ammo

the SG552's Fire Bullet has fixed it, but not the other CSS weapons

While i like the way SG553 performs - i couldn't use it purely because of how shitty it looks and sounds because its all the way from CSS goddammit.
This mod fixes all of that and turns it into my favorite rifle. G36 series is beautiful.

Someone made a HUD icon for this but some other people kept stealing it so it has gone friends-only.

This is a great model but it is broken for me. The scope and the back of the stock does not render correctly, and there are black splotches all over it.
