Yes, fixes of bugs/broken things, not intentional things done by paradox that I disagree with. There are a hundred little tweaks I would make, thats not what this mod is for, this is VANILLA optimised.

Go load up a vanilla single player game, run it to the war, and look at the war propaganda decisions

Belgium double capping have been band-aided.
Also, Allies biased mod, France no longer needs to use all his fuel to death stack his fleet, making France op; typical of a France main such as Cope to make this mod.

It's been a while since I played with Cope's Vanilla, but I still highly recommend this for all vanilla games.
