It is possible but every name list would have to be changed manually, there also is the question: what prefix would a fascist or communist Netherlands have for their ships? Most nations use some form of "His/Her Majesty's Ship", which would be redundant after ousting the monarchy in the case of communism. The Dutch fascists embraced the monarchy, thus they would retain the "Hr.Ms." prefix.

For a communist Netherlands the prefix would most likely be dropped, but that would be boring in my opinion.
