When i open the chest, it crashes the game, installs tf2, opens tf2 and types unbind all in console.

It says the mod is out-dated. Maybe that's why some people says it crashes the game.

Thanks for the tip Xpyder, fixed the crashing when opening the chests.

Gonna get rid of the mod now after I recover my stuff since RPG HUD increased the size of normal chests and they're now the same size as the strongbox. (That mod is also far more updated so nobody should lose anything due to updates.)

Was nice while it lasted.

your mod makes my game crash in adventure mode everytime i try to open the chest. i can research it and place it, but once i open it a warning comes up, and the game crashes

If your mod is crashing saying something about "side_align_tip" being null, you can add this line to mods\workshop-[numbers]\scripts\prefabs\strongbox.lua at line 72 : inst.components.container.side_align_tip = 160 hoping the formatting works

You can safely ignore the out of date messages and run the mod, it is due to a workaround for a bug that has since been fixed by the devs. I will change the API number when I update the mod for the next patch.
