Once in-game, make sure you activate the mod interface. From the main menu:
Options -> Gameplay -> Activate the Mod Interface

You must then start a new run:
Play -> Normal Mode (do NOT select continue) -> Yes (to quit current run) -> check the box next to Blueprint Droprate x5

after subscribing does it enable automatically or do I need to do something to enable it (first time using workshop)

what happen if i pick the blueprint X2 and this blueprint X5?

@Sinay/JoyPixels Droprate seems a little wonky in this game. In the vanilla game Blood Sword Blueprint is a "100%" drop chance from Zombies, yet I know I didn't get it until I had killed at least a dozen.

If you are farming for a rare, with this mod, your chance of not getting the drop you want after 34 kills of the specific monster that drops that drop is slightly over 50%.

.98^34 = 50.3
