I was a tribe that reformed into a monarchy and then formed Greater Iberia. I'll keep messing around with it, if I find a solution I'll post here for reference.

You say you're an empire... is that the vanilla Imperium government or a new modded government? The way this mod checks if you're tribal or a monarchy is by going through every vanilla government of those types; any modded governments wouldn't work for that.

I checked again, seems to be in the correct folder and other mods are working. Can't make heads or tails of it.

Nope, I'm an empire. I'm a little baffled. I'm assuming that I've installed the mod incorrectly.

Are you a republic? Right now the mod only works for tribes and monarchies. I thought that someone's 5-year-term before being replaced shouldn't be able to have that kind of effect, but I guess it's a player-only decision so no harm in giving players the option if they want to. Might require popularity or prominence the way monarchies require legitimacy and tribes require centralization to do.

Hi, sorry to bother but the decision doesn't seem to be showing up for me, despite having a ruler of different religion/culture than the national religion. I've tested it, and all other mods in the folder seem to be functioning. Any advice that can be provided would be helpful.

This mod+a few changes in my save file allowed me to rule Crete with 4 families of different cultures and religions to spice things up.
